You and your appointments are very important to all of the team members at Beauty-realm. When we schedule you for an appointment, we reserve that time especially for you. This allows us to focus our time and energy on you, the client. In order to respect your time and to ensure that we are able to accommodate all clients in a timely manner, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for a changed or cancelled appointment; 48 hours notice is required for all hair weave and hair extension services.

Private Servicing
Beauty-realm has a diverse clientele with a variety of hair needs. Because of our extensive work with hair loss and hair replacement, some clients prefer to be serviced in a private environment. If you are uncomfortable being serviced around other clients, please place a request for private servicing when you schedule your appointment and we will be more than happy to accommodate this request. Our goal is to always make our clients feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule an appointment without proper notice, other clients miss an opportunity to be serviced. We understand that sometimes things occur that are out of your control. We respectfully ask that you provide Beauty-realm with 24 hours notice for appointment changes. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee of £10 to be paid prior to or at your next scheduled appointment.

All hair weave and hair extension installation appointments require 48 hours notice for changes, including rescheduling and changes to the services being rendered. Your non-refundable deposit can only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours notice is given. Failure to provide 48 hours notice to changed hair weave and extension installation appointments will result in a missed appointment fee equal to the deposit placed on the service. Because the deposit is non-refundable, the deposit will be forfeited for all hair weave and extension installation appointments that are indefinitely cancelled, regardless of the notice given.

Late Arrivals
We ask that all clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to get started with you on time. We do understand that things occur outside of your control, so we ask that you inform us prior to your appointment if you will be late. To accommodate late arrivals, we will postpone appointments for up to 30 minutes. Depending on scheduling and staff availability, Beauty-realm reserves the right to deny immediate service for clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment.

Courtesy Call
Because we know it is easy to forget an appointment booked weeks in advance, we provide courtesy confirmation calls at least 48 hours in advance. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment day and time to avoid any late or missed appointment fees. It is also encouraged to update Beauty-realm of changes to your contact information. Please take advantage of this courtesy call to make appointment changes as necessary.

Client Consultations
All first time clients are required to complete a complimentary consultation prior to being serviced. The consultation is necessary to properly evaluate your needs and to determine the specific services best suited for you. All fees are assessed following the consult. Because of the wide range of services we offer, we do not offer price quotes prior to formally consulting with you accept on special cases were the client knew exert service required . This avoids inconsistency between the approximate and actual price for your desired service. We recommend first-time clients complete a consultation prior to scheduling appointments for services. This allows us to specifically reserve time for your service.

We do offer same day services for clients with consultations. However, without a deposit, we are unable to officially reserve time in our schedule for consultation clients seeking same day services. If you are interested in same day service, please inform us when scheduling your consultation. If you are interested in receiving single strand hair extensions, we ask that you visit us for a consultation at least 1-2 days prior to the date you would like to be serviced. All consultation is free.

Hair Weaving and Extension Services
All hair weaving and extension installations services require a non-refundable deposit in order to be booked. The deposit depends on the hair extension method and type of hair extensions needed to complete the service.

Payments
All services received at Beauty-realm must be paid in full at the date/time of visit. Deposits are required for all hair weave and hair extension installation services by first time clients. We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit, and Debit, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. We also accept payments over the phone towards future services. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please notify the salon manager immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from the salon. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.

Parking
There is limited free road side parking on the street (Wolverton road) directly in front of Beauty realm for all clients.

Products
Beauty-realm uses100% premium, [virgin and Remy non-virgin] human hair for all hair weave and extension services. We DO NOT use synthetic, hybrid, or animal blend hair for any of our services. Synthetic hairs can only be used on special request. Healthy hair is a priority at Beauty -realm. To ensure our clients receive optimal results, we tailor each treatment to suit individual’s hair need. However, all our care products are quality organic hair care product line that utilizes pure plant extracts and essential oils to treat both the hair and the scalp. This extensive line of products treat everything from weak and aging hair, damaged hair, dehydrated hair, color-treated and highlighted hair, thinning hair and much more. For each client, we strategically select the products to be used depending on specific hair needs.

Hair Addition Services Removal
We recommend our professional staff remove hair additions/extensions and hair replacement install to ensure the removal process is done correctly without damage to your natural hair. Hair Extension removal/alterations by third parties outside the salon will result in void of guarantees. Beauty realm is not responsible for any damage to hair caused hair extension removal done by parties other than the professional staff at beauty realm.

Hair Addition Services Policies and Warranty
At beauty-realm we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products and services. For hair addition services, you may need to purchase hair care products for proper upkeep and come in for scheduled maintenance. During your consultation, our spa team members will inform you of recommendations to insure you receive longevity out of your hair addition services. We stand by our work and guarantee that all hair installs will be done properly. If you are not satisfied with any services that you receive, please notify the spa manager immediately prior to leaving, we will gladly correct any workmanship issues. There are no refunds available for hair additions, wig and hair replacement systems.
